Buckeye Municipal Airport (BXK, KBXK) is a non-towered public airport located 6.7 miles NW of Buckeye, Maricopa County, Arizona, serving travelers headed to Phoenix or the surrounding Sonoran Desert. It serves as a high‑desert general aviation gateway on the western edge of the Phoenix metro area.
The City of Buckeye Airport Operations provides all FBO‑type services. They do have a small general aviation terminal.

Every February, Buckeye hosts the Buckeye Air Fair & AOPA Fly‑In, one of the largest annual fly‑ins in the Southwest, bringing in tens of thousands of visitors. The event includes a full airshow, static displays, educational sessions, and family‑friendly activities.

Parking
Vehicle parking for the Fly-In is $15 a day or $10 on-line ($10.61 with fees). Parking location for the event: east side of the airport, off S. Palo Verde Rd. Traffic is routed via I‑10 / Palo Verde Rd; south approaches are redirected.
If you are a pilot and want to camp at your plane, registration is required. Visit: https://www.aopa.org/community/buckeye-air-fair to register. Registration with the City of Buckeye is required for RV or car camping.
