North Platt Regional Airport (LBF, KLBF) is a public, towered airport located 5.1 driving miles east of downtown North Platt in Lincoln County, Nebraska. Also known as Lee Bird Field, there are two runways as follows:

Trego/Dugan Aviation is the only full-service FBO on the field offering Phillips 66 100LL and Jet A fuels, oxygen, GPU, pilot passenger terminal, lounge, aircraft rentals, and charters. Parking is ramp, tiedown, or hangar. Call-out service is available after hours with prior arrangement and/or a fee. I repeatedly read great reviews about the service here.

Iacofano’s inflight catering is also on this field.

There is commercial traffic here. Daily flights to Denver are operated by United Airlines and flown by SkyWest as United Express.

Transportation

No crew or courtesy car is listed; however, this FBO is known for top-notch service, so arrangements for a ride to and from a local hotel shouldn’t be a problem. As stated earlier, there are nothing but great reviews about this family-owned and operated FBO.

You can use Carla Car Rental to find deals or get a rental car in the terminal. There is no listing for rental cars under the FBO. Vehicle parking is free at LBF.
